TriOak Foods, the 15th-largest pork producer in the U.S. and a feed manufacturer managing more than 300 local farmer partnerships, faced an entirely paper-based accounting system with nonstandard, damaged invoices stuffed in file cabinets, causing backlogs, late fees and lengthy annual tax audits that increasingly required electronic documents. To solve this, TriOak chose PairSoft and implemented PairSoft for Dynamics GP as its paperless document-management solution.

PairSoft deployed the solution, trained users, and TriOak went fully paperless within weeks; automated alerts, centralized digital storage and later OCR/automated entry streamlined approvals and record retrieval. The result: audits that once took about two weeks now take only a few days, late-fee expenses were eliminated, at least two hours per week were saved from OCR alone, invoice processing and workflow improved substantially, and even TriOak’s auditors recommended PairSoft to other clients.
