The Zidian Group, a diversified food company in Boardman, Ohio with about 170 employees, needed a standardized AP solution to streamline invoice workflow and make documents quickly searchable across multiple entities. After evaluating many options, The Zidian Group chose PairSoft’s accounts-payable and document-management solution for its flexibility and ability to support custom workflow scripting.

PairSoft implemented automated payables integrated with Dynamics GP, workflow training, custom scripting, and a pop-up document assistant (with a mobile app planned for remote reps). The results include full AP automation, faster document retrieval and simpler audits, measurable time savings, and reclaimed storage—35 filing cabinets and an entire file room are being repurposed—putting Zidian on track to eliminate paper payables by early 2017.
