Minn‑Dak Farmers Cooperative, a 480‑shareholder sugar‑beet processing cooperative with 500+ employees, faced a manual, error‑prone procurement process where purchase requests were submitted by spreadsheet, email or paper and then rekeyed into their Microsoft Dynamics GP ERP. PairSoft worked with Minn‑Dak to configure approval routings and validations so requisitions are checked automatically, routed to the right approvers, and converted into purchase orders in Dynamics GP—paperless and without duplicate data entry.
