PairSoft Helps Frontier Tubular Solutions Downsize Office Space

Frontier Tubular Solutions, an OCTG services, storage and transportation provider headquartered in Houston, faced a growing paperwork burden—about 5,000+ documents processed monthly—while running Microsoft GP and a proprietary inventory system called PipeVault. The company had dozens of file cabinets, storage units and hundreds of heavy banker’s boxes, and needed an electronic document and approval workflow that integrated with GP and PipeVault without slowing operations. Frontier has used PairSoft since 2009 to address this challenge.

PairSoft was integrated with PipeVault to scan thousands of inbound and outbound transactions into a single workflow (outside GP but fully integrated), enabling remote access, faster routing to the corporate service center and expedited client billings. As a result, searches now take seconds instead of hours, audits and approvals are quicker, workflows can be adjusted in-house, and physical storage was eliminated—allowing Frontier to downsize a roughly 400 sq. ft. file room and save an estimated five minutes each time a document is searched. PairSoft’s solution delivered measurable time and space savings across the business.
