Cornerstone Fellowship, a multi-site church in the East Bay with about 200 staff and hundreds of volunteers, was struggling with a slow, paper-based expense process that required emailing or delivering receipts and limited approver access to the networked portal. Seeking a scalable, mobile-friendly solution that integrated with their finance system, they chose PairSoft to replace the outdated system and streamline expense submissions and approvals.

PairSoft was implemented with strong Microsoft Dynamics GP integration and a mobile app for photographing receipts, enabling paperless credit-card reconciliation, immediate routing and email approval, and electronic attachment retention with every posted transaction. As a result, Cornerstone can close months with better-informed accruals, maintain a complete searchable audit trail, and grow by three campuses without adding staff — eliminating one part-time AP role (from one full-time and two part-time previously) while speeding reimbursements and reducing physical filing.
