Concorde Career College, a healthcare educator with 17 campuses, faced a highly manual procurement process—relying on spreadsheets, email and paper requisitions—which caused confusion and overspending. PairSoft implemented its Requisition, Purchasing and PunchOut solution, enabling electronic catalog ordering, real-time pricing and automated PO/invoice matching; Concorde now has 81 PairSoft users across 17 sites. As a result of PairSoft’s solution, the college gained real-time product cost insight, streamlined procurement and approval workflows, improved auditability and visibility, and reduced procurement spending.
