Multi Image Group Improves Customer Service with PairSoft

Multi Image Group (MIG) is a Boca Raton–based event planning, production and staging company with about 90 employees. Faced with slow vendor approval processes, years of paper invoices and boxed records, CFO Jonathan Reitzes decided to move to a paperless system and selected PairSoft (using its PaperSave solution) to modernize MIG’s accounting and document workflows.

PairSoft implemented PaperSave to capture, store and route invoices electronically, providing immediate approvals, an audit trail to identify bottlenecks, and the ability to email invoices and supporting documents directly to clients. Since the 2007 rollout, MIG has seen faster accounts-payable turnaround, improved customer service, significant time savings for staff, reduced paper and storage needs (freeing office space), and a more organized accounting function.
