PairSoft’s system let staff open electronic files, process payments, scan with ScanFirst™, and post to Dynamics GP, radically simplifying workflows. As a result DePaul reclaimed about a day-and-a-half of staff time each week, removed multiple large file cabinets (DePaul cited removing nine), cut paper and archiving costs, avoided hiring extra staff, and improved vendor response times — all with ongoing support from PairSoft.
