City of Inglewood Implements Electronic Subpoena Delivery with PairSoft

The City of Inglewood, working with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, faced the need for a legally valid, automated electronic subpoena delivery system that would provide confirmed identification, an audit trail, uniform search criteria, web‑based access for officers on variable shifts, real‑time notifications, monitoring, and scalable reporting. To address these requirements the City selected PairSoft and its PairSoft Subpoena Management solution.

PairSoft implemented the PairSoft Subpoena Management application—an online web form, officer dashboard, and detailed electronic audit trail with configurable document management and workflow—which automated subpoena delivery, acceptance, tracking, and reporting. As a result PairSoft helped the City of Inglewood save over 200 hours per month in administrative time, eliminate manual data entry and email attachments, and improve accountability and communications while providing a scalable platform for future needs.
