PairSoft implemented a solution that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics GP, provides flexible, amount- and department-based approval routings, and supports Punchout shopping with vendors like Amazon and Grainger. As a result, a majority of Bonita Springs Utilities’ 130 employees now use PairSoft to create requisitions that automatically enforce budgets, show encumbrances, and convert approved requests into purchase orders in Dynamics GP—eliminating manual approvals, freeing the purchasing agent for strategic work like negotiating better pricing, and delivering clearer budget visibility and time savings.
