Albrecht, Inc, a long-established owner and developer of grocery‑anchored retail and industrial/office properties, faced slow, manual accounts payable and document management processes. Processing more than 3,000 invoices monthly fell to controller Merilee Bailey and could take up to two weeks and nearly three hours per invoice; to gain timely routing, approval tracking and searchable lease storage they selected PairSoft and its PairSoft ECM solution.

PairSoft implemented its ECM platform (later augmented with OCR) to automate invoice entry, routing and approvals, integrate with Dynamics GP, and store searchable lease documents. As a result, PairSoft reduced invoice payment time from two weeks to two days, automated sorting and indexing of more than 3,000 invoices monthly, saved the controller roughly 75% of daily processing time, and made tracking of over 350 lease files fast and reliable.
