University of Massachusetts Lowell partnered with PageUp to replace an outdated recruiting system that generated applicant complaints and made it hard to fill tough-to-recruit roles. By implementing PageUp Recruitment and working closely with the vendor, the university created a more intuitive experience for applicants and staff, eliminated prior complaints, and increased the number of applicants—especially for hard-to-fill positions. Ongoing tweaks based on user feedback improved efficiency and usability, and the team is now applying lessons learned to enhance onboarding.
