Robert Morris University’s HRIS team—its largest HR function—was bogged down by paper-based recruitment and onboarding processes, spending disproportionate time on administrative tasks instead of strategic work. The team needed a way to replace paper position descriptions, requisitions, offer forms and applications and have that data flow automatically into their HR system of record, Unit4.
