Queensland Rail, Australia’s leading integrated transport provider with 14,000 employees, hires more than 2,000 people each year but was hampered by inefficient hiring processes: roughly $100 million spent on staffing agencies, slow time-to-fill, weak employer branding and poor candidate communications that risked losing top talent.
