Peabody, one of London’s oldest and largest housing associations managing over 29,000 homes and 80,000 residents, faced a surge in hiring after acquiring three businesses in 2014 that more than doubled its vacancies. Peabody implemented PageUp with integrated Talent Q assessments to automate and centralize recruitment, enable mobile applications and tracking, and streamline candidate screening with skills and keyword filters. The new platform created a single talent pool (used to fill 25% of new vacancies), reduced time and cost per hire, improved visibility for candidates and hiring managers, and saved staff hours each week.
