Lindt & Sprüngli, the Swiss chocolatier founded in 1845, was facing inefficiencies in its talent acquisition: paper-based processes, minimal direct sourcing and high agency spend were slowing recruitment and onboarding. These challenges limited HR’s capacity to add strategic value.
PageUp’s recruitment management system automated sourcing and onboarding workflows, improving the candidate experience and freeing HR to focus on higher‑value work. The overhaul cut the time from sending a contract to payroll setup from about two weeks to just over two days, boosted competitiveness and helped Lindt become a finalist for the Australian HR Awards’ Best Use of Technology.
