The Department of Industry, Innovation and Science needed a unified talent management solution that was easy for HR to manage without technical consultants, integrated with existing systems, covered recruitment, learning and performance, and delivered a great employee experience. They implemented PageUp Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning and Performance, integrated with payroll (Aurion), Identity Access Management and other systems. The rollout automated applicant tracking and onboarding, reduced duplication, enabled tailored new-hire paperwork, centralized L&D (including a SkillSoft integration) and supported a flexible performance approach based on regular informal check-ins—resulting in faster productivity for starters, high employee uptake and positive feedback across the department.
