Wästbygg steps up their environmental game with paperless invoicing

Wästbygg, one of Sweden’s largest construction and project development companies, wanted to improve sustainability and modernize accounts payable by moving away from paper invoices. Pagero Group implemented an open, cloud-based invoicing network and data validation service that automated supplier invoice handling and corrected inaccurate project codes. The result was improved data accuracy, greater traceability, better liquidity, and time savings that let Wästbygg focus more on analysis and strategic planning, while increasing e-invoices by 24% and targeting 90% electronic invoices.
