A Pagero Group Case Study
Utleiecompagniet AS (UCO), one of Norway’s largest equipment hire companies, faced a high-volume invoicing challenge with specific invoice-layout requirements and a need to eliminate manual outbound handling. After evaluating several providers, UCO selected Pagero Group in 2012 and implemented a tailored Pagero Server Connect solution with Pagero Online and value-added services such as external print.
Pagero Group expanded the solution with PDF invoice via e-mail, automatic sorting through a single network, and duplicate control, enabling UCO to send e-invoices, PDFs, or paper as required. The implementation eliminated manual invoice processing, supports roughly 52,000 invoices and 3,000 payment reminders annually, already has about 150 customers registered for e-mail invoices, reduced costs and environmental impact, and prevented duplicate sends.
