Statkraft optimizes financial operations with e-invoicing

Statkraft, Europe’s largest renewable energy generator, faced the challenge of managing finance operations across 21 countries and handling more than 300,000 invoices a year while improving data quality and meeting local compliance requirements. The company turned to Pagero Group and its e-invoicing solutions to support digital invoice processing across multiple markets.

Pagero Group implemented e-invoicing in six countries, helping Statkraft achieve better data quality, regulatory compliance in countries such as Turkey and Italy, and major efficiency gains. In Norway, more than 90% of invoices are now processed electronically, and the improved processes also enabled Statkraft to create a Global Accounting team with broader responsibility for standardization and consolidations.
