SSAB, a global steel company, needed to coordinate and control its freight sourcing and contracts while reducing manual work and freight costs across its truck-based export flows. Pagero Group helped SSAB run a large-scale procurement with many suppliers, including about 40 supplier meetings in 30 days, and then import the resulting contracts into Pagero TMS. With Pagero Group, freight invoices are now checked automatically against shipment data and agreed prices, so deviations are flagged for review and the company can ensure agreements are followed.
