Södra, an economic association of more than 50,000 forest owners with 3,500 employees and a 10 BSEK turnover, needed to reduce its environmental impact and simplify processing of a high invoice volume while many suppliers were slow to adopt e‑invoicing. To meet this challenge they partnered with Pagero Group, implementing Pagero Online for e‑invoicing and Pagero e‑archive to centralize inbound invoice handling.

Pagero Group consolidated Södra’s inbound invoices so about 35,000 e‑invoices per year are now received via Pagero Online and stored in a searchable e‑archive (out of roughly 140,000 inbound invoices annually). The solution ensured secure delivery to the right recipients, improved control and traceability across business areas, reduced administrative work, sped up invoice handling, and contributed to Södra’s efforts to lower its environmental footprint.
