A Pagero Group Case Study

Preview of the Schoeller Allibert Case Study

Schoeller Allibert streamlines its order flows in Europe with Pagero

Schoeller Allibert, a world-leading producer of plastic Returnable Transit Packaging with approx. 500 M€ turnover and 1,800 employees, faced growing customer demand for electronic ordering but was frustrated by a legacy provider whose changes were costly, slow and often stalled. In 2012 they switched to Pagero Group to handle their e-order flows, e-invoices and related electronic communications to streamline order processing across their international operations.

Pagero Group performed pre-studies, managed technical connections and testing, and took full responsibility for customer integrations so Schoeller Allibert could go live quickly in Sweden, Norway, Germany and France. As a result, Schoeller Allibert significantly reduced manual data entry and paper use, cut hours previously spent keying complex orders, secured the order-receiving process, and now sends order confirmations, despatch advices and e-invoices automatically, with plans to expand to more countries.
