Norrlands Miljövård - Customer Case Study

Norrlands Miljövård, a leading cleaning-services company with 350 employees and about 22,000 invoices per year, faced significant administrative time and costs from paper invoicing and postal handling and needed a way to send invoices digitally regardless of customer capabilities. To solve this they engaged Pagero Group, deploying Pagero Server Connect together with Pagero Online and the value‑added services for external print and PDF invoice via e‑mail.

Pagero Group implemented an automated e‑invoicing flow that routes invoices electronically, delivers PDFs by e‑mail, and prints/mailings when required. As a result Norrlands Miljövård now sends all invoices digitally, has eliminated manual printing and posting, reduced paper and postal costs, and increased PDF‑by‑e‑mail uptake to about 150 of 1,000 customers (with actual reach higher when counting multiple cleaning sites), while also benefiting from Pagero Group’s responsive service and support.
