Nordic Service Group Finland OY, a market-leading service organisation for laboratory and hospital instruments, faced a challenge after an ERP change left them unable to send e‑invoices while many of their customers required electronic billing. To restore e‑invoicing quickly they turned to Pagero Group and began using Pagero’s e‑invoice services — notably Pagero Connect (including the External Print service) and the Pagero Online cloud network.

Pagero Group implemented Pagero Connect with automated routing via Pagero Online so all customers who accept e‑invoices receive them electronically while the rest receive paper invoices; the service was set up in a matter of weeks.
