Maillefer SA, a global leader in wire and cable production systems, needed to modernize and digitize its supplier invoice handling after adopting the IFS financial system. Facing a tight schedule and a desire for fast onboarding, Maillefer selected Pagero Group’s e‑invoicing service and IFS‑ready interface to move from paper and manual entry to electronic invoicing quickly.

Pagero Group delivered a rapid integration—agreement in December, live in January and first e‑invoices in February—connecting Maillefer’s suppliers to Pagero’s network. The result: immediate time savings, higher data quality and fewer manual errors, with 53% of supplier invoices digitized shortly after rollout and 59% by April (of roughly 20,000 annual supplier invoices), enabling Maillefer to reallocate resources and improve process reliability.
