L&T leverages Pagero's onboarding to boost e-invoicing adoption

Lassila & Tikanoja (L&T), a Swedish facility management company with a large and complex supplier base, needed to make invoice handling smoother and reduce manual work. With about 3,200 suppliers and high invoice volumes, L&T worked with Pagero Group and its onboarding program to increase e-invoicing adoption and improve efficiency across its accounts payable process.

Pagero Group implemented a structured supplier onboarding project, helping L&T engage 200 key long-term suppliers and provide a supplier information website for easier communication. The results were strong: after four months, around 20,000 suppliers were added, e-invoicing rose from 60% to 80% of all invoices, and L&T saw more complete, automatic invoices plus significant time savings for AP staff.
