Hewlett-Packard Enterprise relies on Pagero to send e-invoices in EMEA

Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) faced a complex invoicing challenge across its many business units and SAP-based ERPs: widely varying invoice formats, country-specific legal and tax requirements across EMEA, and heavy administrative overhead that slowed processing. To address this, HPE partnered with Pagero Group and adopted Pagero Online e‑invoicing services to standardize outbound invoicing while accommodating customer- and country-specific formats.

Pagero Group implemented Pagero Online with mapping (including a PDF-based workflow into Pagero XML), e-Archive, digital signatures and PDF delivery, providing a single point of contact and compliance across markets. The result: compliance in all countries served (23 active with five more onboarding), invoice turnaround cut from about 7 days to a few hours, electronic invoice transactions up more than 500% in three years, customer projects up 250% in one year, improved cash flow and reduced environmental impact.
