HAVI Logistics, a Finnish subsidiary of the international HAVI Group with 55 local employees, needed to start sending e‑invoices to meet customer requirements. To avoid changing their existing business system and routines, HAVI Logistics connected to Pagero Group’s service—using Pagero Online via Pagero Connect with the Pagero Printer—to handle e‑invoicing.

Pagero Group’s solution lets HAVI create invoices as usual in PDF and sends them to Pagero Online, which automatically interprets and converts each invoice to the recipient’s preferred format. The implementation (including testing, training and quick support from Pagero Group) enabled HAVI to send about 11,000 outbound invoices per year as e‑invoices without altering their systems, improving customer satisfaction and streamlining operations.
