eWork Scandinavia AB (eWork), a Nasdaq-listed consultant provider with 3,000+ consultants and 150 employees, needed to increase efficiency and reduce paper as part of its growth strategy—delivering more specialists without proportional increases in personnel or overhead. To support that shift to electronic invoicing across Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway, eWork selected Pagero Group and its Pagero Online e‑invoicing services.

Pagero Group implemented Pagero Online along with PDF invoice via e‑mail, the enrichment service and Pagero E‑archive so invoices created in eWork’s ERP are routed in recipients’ preferred formats, automatically enriched with required data and stored in compliance with local tax rules. The solution enabled eWork to process a high invoice volume (about 40,000 inbound invoices/year) more efficiently, reduce costs and save time, improve control and speed up invoice flow—resulting in better customer service and regulatory-compliant archiving.
