European Furniture Group - Customer Case Study

European Furniture Group, a manufacturer and seller of office and public-environment products with about 186 employees and operations across several European countries, needed to streamline manual routines and eliminate error-prone invoice scanning after moving accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable to a Shared Service Centre. To address this, they implemented e‑invoicing with Pagero Group, using Pagero Online and Pagero’s activation services to drive supplier adoption.

Pagero Group provided an automated e‑invoicing solution that converts supplier invoices from any format to EFG’s required format, ran activation projects (letters and follow-up calls) and offered native Danish and Norwegian support to onboard suppliers. The implementation helped EFG process roughly 75,000 inbound invoices per year with fewer manual scans and errors, increased e‑flow and supplier connectivity via Pagero Online, and freed resources to focus on developing the business rather than administrative work.
