The Doka Group, a global leader in system formwork technology with around 6,000 employees and more than 160 sales and logistics facilities, needed a single e‑invoicing partner to meet varied European legal requirements, cut costs and environmental impact, and respond to customer requests. Doka Group selected Pagero Group’s e‑invoicing services to send electronic invoices in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria and Italy.

Pagero Group deployed a standardized outbound e‑invoicing flow and a single ERP interface to consolidate Doka Group’s invoicing across six countries, meeting local legal requirements and customer needs. The solution strengthened customer relations and reduced printing, postal and handling costs—yielding about 81% cost savings per invoice in some cases (large rental invoices dropped from ~€8 to ~€1.50), increased electronic invoice penetration (over one third of invoices in Sweden) and reduced paper use and CO2 emissions.
