Alwex digitalised their B2B and B2C invoice flows with Pagero

Alwex, a Växjö‑based transport and logistics company with 115 employees, ~50,000 invoices/year and a 1 BSEK turnover, needed to switch to e‑invoicing to meet growing customer demands—especially from construction firms and municipalities that require e‑invoicing as a tender criterion. To solve this, Alwex partnered with Pagero Group in 2010 and connected its transport system (Alystra, alongside Visma) to Pagero Online to handle electronic invoicing and compliance.

Pagero Group implemented an automated flow where invoices sent from Alystra are routed via Pagero Online, with Pagero supporting complex customer setups and a project to roll out Pagero Group’s B2C service for private customers. The solution has led to 20% of invoices being sent electronically (about 10,000 e‑invoices/year), reduced paper volume, improved procurement eligibility, smoother operations, and a clear path toward eliminating paper invoices altogether.
