Ivy Tech Community College, one of the largest community colleges in the US, faced challenges with an outdated and unreliable home-grown marketing system. They needed a robust solution to intelligently handle a high volume of data for over 600,000 contacts, automate marketing processes, and improve outreach to their diverse audience while maintaining brand consistency. Pageflex recommended implementing its product, Pageflex Connect, to address these needs.

Pageflex implemented Pageflex Connect with a custom web portal, empowering over 200 non-technical users across the college's many campuses to easily create and send targeted campaigns. The solution automated responses to inbound leads and maintained a centralized database with sophisticated segmentation. As a result, Ivy Tech now sends well over a million emails monthly—half of them automated—leading to a significant increase in website traffic and engagement. The college considers the project a major success.
