Nap IT, a Brazilian company specializing in corporate network consulting and IT integration, needed better visibility and control over increasingly complex internal and external network operations. With Paessler AG’s PRTG, Nap IT configured about 500 sensors to monitor roughly 300 switches, 120 routers, and 20 servers across customer data centers, using tools such as NetFlow, IP-SLA, ICMP, Bandwidth, and HTTP Advanced. The solution helped Nap IT establish usage and capacity baselines, generate alerts about network issues, and reduce latency and unavailability, enabling faster, proactive incident response across customer environments.
