Silent4Business successfully monitors one of the largest networks in Mexico with PRTG

Silent4Business, a Mexican cybersecurity and network monitoring services provider, needed a way to oversee one of the largest healthcare networks in Mexico—about 1,100 sites connected via MPLS. The customer required high availability, with no site allowed to be offline for more than four hours in a 30-day period, and Silent4Business turned to Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor to meet that challenge.

Paessler AG implemented a distributed PRTG solution to monitor more than 27,000 sensors across routers, switches, UPS systems, access points, and other SNMP-enabled devices, with real-time alerts sent to mobile messaging. The result was fast deployment in about one month, scalable monitoring, and the visibility needed to detect failures and threshold breaches quickly, helping Silent4Business ensure the uptime its healthcare client demanded.
