PRTG Supports Intelligent Manufacturing at Bosch Rexroth

Bosch Rexroth, a global manufacturer of electric drives and control systems, modernized its Lohr am Main and Erbach plants into an Industry 4.0 environment. As production became more connected and complex, the company needed a simple, Windows-based way to monitor both sites, track historical data, handle custom integrations, and send reliable alerts. Bosch Rexroth chose Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor to support this challenge.

Paessler AG implemented PRTG Network Monitor with remote probes, custom sensors, and a Sensor Factory to monitor servers, PCs, printers, UPS systems, label printers, and environmental data such as temperature and humidity. The solution improved visibility across both locations, helped detect malfunctions faster, and enabled long-term optimization based on historical data. Bosch Rexroth said the setup met expectations and that Paessler AG’s support was uncomplicated and efficient.
