As the infrastructure scaled, the IT team faced rising demands for early warning, troubleshooting, and maintaining high uptime across critical systems, links, and environmental conditions. Paessler AG implemented PRTG with a core installation at headquarters and remote probes at branch offices to monitor roughly 400 sensors across servers, networks, VPNs, ISPs, and environmental devices such as temperature, humidity, smoke, and flooding sensors. The solution improved visibility, helped detect bottlenecks and misconfigurations early, and reduced the IT team’s workload.
