Paessler AG implemented PRTG in a two-server cluster setup to monitor 1,890 sensors across 458 devices, including servers, routers, firewalls, load balancers, virtual machines, and more. With remote probes and extensive use of WMI and SMTP sensors, Siportal gained better visibility and faster issue detection, cutting administration costs by a third and reducing support-request time by 40%.
