Central 24 Horas, a Brazilian provider of Contact Center and ICT solutions, needed a faster and more flexible way to manage real-time operations for SAMU emergency ambulance services in Rio de Janeiro. Using Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor, the team sought to replace manual, report-based monitoring with accessible dashboards and mobile access for critical indicators such as ambulance fleet status, stretcher availability, and incident tracking.

Paessler AG implemented PRTG-based performance dashboards and alerting to collect data from the Medical Regulation System and surface it in real time for managers and field teams. The solution improved speed, mobility, and operational control, eliminating the need for daily report checks and enabling access anytime, anywhere; Central 24 Horas also reported strong support from Paessler AG and has around 500 sensors in use, with plans to expand automation and custom mobile apps.
