NuSkope connects with Paessler PRTG

NuSkope, a locally owned fixed wireless ISP based in Adelaide, needed a better way to monitor its fast-growing network of more than 1,000 devices. The company had been using a patchwork of manufacturer-specific tools and dedicated monitoring software, which made it difficult to get consistent visibility into throughput, outages, load balancing, frequency use, and other key network issues. NuSkope turned to Paessler AG and its PRTG Network Monitor to simplify monitoring and improve oversight across its external network.

Paessler AG implemented PRTG Network Monitor to centrally monitor NuSkope’s network, including wireless access points, subscriber units, PoE switches, and backhauls, with about 8,500 sensors in use. The solution improved visibility, logging, and fault isolation, helping the team trace packet loss through multiple links to a faulty backhaul and resolve it quickly. As a result, NuSkope has improved outage response times, increased operational efficiency, and gained 24/7 monitoring that helps prevent issues from reaching customers.
