With Paessler AG’s PRTG and its remote probe capability, Tyler Technologies can now monitor about 30 client sites and roughly 1,700 sensors from a central dashboard, deploy monitoring in minutes, clone configurations for faster setup, and receive instant email alerts when issues arise. The solution eliminated manual VPN-based checks, saved hours each week, reduced travel and setup time, and gave Tyler Technologies the visibility needed to improve uptime, support growth, and justify hardware upgrades based on actual demand.
