Napoli Salerno Airports Gesac, the company managing Naples International Airport, needed a way to reliably monitor a highly complex IT environment of more than 1,000 devices supporting critical airport systems. Before adopting Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor, monitoring was fragmented across multiple vendor tools, making it difficult to maintain continuous visibility and quickly identify issues that could affect airport operations.
