LNA Santé uses PRTG for monitoring the IT of its 72 nursing homes and health care institutions

LNA Santé, a French healthcare organization operating 72 nursing homes and care facilities, needed a way to remotely manage and monitor a widely distributed IT environment with no onsite IT staff at many locations. To maintain availability for critical applications, telephony, networks, and infrastructure, the company turned to Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor, implemented with support from monitoring partner Sensor Factory.

Paessler AG helped LNA Santé deploy more than 13,500 sensors across its IT estate, along with custom sensors for specialized applications not covered natively by PRTG. The solution gave technicians alerts and dashboards while management gained real-time visibility on large screens across all sites, helping the team detect and resolve issues before users noticed them. As a result, downtime was significantly reduced, service availability improved, and user satisfaction increased.
