Dojo Networks, a broadband services provider for multi-dwelling communities, needed a better way to support more than 20,000 residents who depend on reliable high-speed internet and Wi‑Fi. As a service-first company, it wanted to quickly identify whether customer issues were caused by equipment, bandwidth, or something else, while also reducing calls and improving the experience for tenants, landlords, and property managers. Dojo Networks used Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor as part of its monitoring and support environment.

Paessler AG helped Dojo Networks build “Elemento,” a single interface that consolidates PRTG data with information from other systems so support teams can see network status, tenant details, ticket history, and service impacts in one place. The platform monitors more than 22,000 PRTG sensors across the fiber backbone, network devices, and datacenter, and also supports proactive tenant notifications and self-service features. The results were significant: support call times were cut by 90% in six months, customer satisfaction ratings rose above 90%, and Dojo Networks gained much better visibility and control across its infrastructure.
