HybrIT Services, a managed service provider for small and medium-sized businesses, needed a more reliable way to monitor client environments. Its previous monitoring system produced too many false positives, making it hard to spot early warning signs and prevent downtime. To address this, HybrIT turned to Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor to gain clearer visibility across customer infrastructures.

Using Paessler AG’s PRTG, HybrIT now monitors servers, hardware, switches, routers, cloud services, firewalls, and VMware environments with around 1,000 to 2,500 sensors hosted in customer data centres. The solution improved real-time accuracy, helped pinpoint issues before downtime, and supported capacity planning and proactive problem resolution. As a result, HybrIT also launched a multi-tenant monitoring-as-a-service offering, helping maintain client satisfaction and service quality.
