Tahitian Noni International, a global network marketing company with 66 offices in 29 countries, needed better visibility into its international IT environment. Its existing freeware and open-source monitoring tools were slow, difficult to maintain, and lacked alerts and useful reporting for tracking uptime, traffic, and device health. Paessler AG’s PRTG Network Monitor was selected to replace these tools and support the company’s worldwide sales, manufacturing, and distribution operations.

With PRTG from Paessler AG, Tahitian Noni International deployed a core server and multiple remote probes to monitor more than 2,400 sensors across 150-175 hosts, including office networks, VPN links, websites, and databases. The result was faster troubleshooting, with PRTG cutting 30-45 minutes from diagnosis time, better outage detection across time zones, and improved network planning. Using PRTG data, the team also reduced latency for some Asian offices from 1,500-3,000 ms to under 200 ms and avoided costly bandwidth overages.
