The solution implemented by Paessler AG utilized PRTG to monitor all classic IT infrastructure across 75 locations. The key integration was the PRTG OPC UA Server, which feeds IT status data directly into the Bosch BMS in real time. This provided technicians with a single, familiar interface for both IT and building technology data. The integration enabled precise fault analysis through automatic alert tagging and provided a unified view of the entire building infrastructure, ensuring reliability for over 100,000 customers.
