Wagenborg Passenger Services sought to optimize its passenger communications on ferries to the Wadden Islands. The challenge was replacing a static system with a digital solution to provide real-time, minute-by-minute information, which was crucial for boarding, exiting, and safety awareness for up to 1,200 passengers per trip.
