BASF, a global chemical company with over 113,000 employees, needed a content management system to effectively inform and inspire its worldwide workforce. Their challenge was to distribute both global and localized news in a consistent corporate design. To meet this need, they implemented the PADS4 software platform to develop a global employee information channel.
The solution, a digital signage network called BASF today, was deployed on over 150 displays across 60 locations in 23 countries. Using PADS4, editors could efficiently manage and distribute tailored content to displays, desktop tickers, and a mobile app. The result is a reliable channel that provides employees, visitors, and partners with real-time insights into the company, strengthening internal communication and the BASF brand on a global scale.
